STEP 1

 

 

Find 95160 EEPROM memory on the ECU. Unsolder it and read its content.


STEP 2

Using a programmer, read the content of the ECUs FLASH memory

Find the values in the TEXT section of line 00000000( marked in blue)

Read values : E L M E
(This is only an example. Read values will be different in every ECU)


STEP 3

Remove 24C02 memory from S.O.S Pro Emulator


STEP 4

Make a byte swap – see example below :

Write these values onto the 24C02 memory unsoldered from S.O.S pro Emulator

 
     Attention!

 

  • The values have to be written in the TEXT section, not in the HEX section.
    Pay attention to the letter size!

  STEP 5

  Solder back the 24C02

 Use tin to bridge leg 7 and 8 of the 24C02   memory

 To choose the program you have to solder   specific jumpers on the Emulator

  (If it doesn’t work, solder jumpers 1+2+4+5+6 )  

 STEP 6 
 Connect the S.O.S Pro Emulator to the ECU according to the diagram below.
