Delphi DCM6.2A

Instruction manual

The Emulator allows you to read the ECU’s PIN CODE or turn OFF immobiliser. The procedure must be  completed by connecting the ECU on the bench. You just need to connect the Emulator to the ECU according to the pinout shown below. The Emulator will automatically determine the ECU’s PIN CODE or replace immobiliser signal. The procedure may take 3 to 90 hours. Procedure completion will be indicated by a blue LED on the Emulator.

CONNECTION

  Program Usage

The emulator will automically establish the ECU’s PIN CODE in 3 to 90 hours or it will allow you to start the car, which will be indicated by a blue

  1. Procedure

Based on pinouts above, connect the ECU on the bench using laboratory power supply and dedicated wires. Solder the Emulator jumpers
( 1 + 2 + 3 + 5  + 7)

2. Procedure

Connect the Emulator wires to the ECU according to the pinout.
Connect the Emulator to the ECU power supply wires ( DETERMINIG PIN ) or solder directly to the
ECU ( IMMO OFF )

  Info

LOOKING FOR CODE
0,1 sec ON
2,0 sec OFF

Turn the power ON. The Emulator will start searching for the code.
This procedure may take 3 to 90 hours.
IMPOTANT: If you turn the power OFF, the procedure will be paused
-the Emulator will NOT reset itself. This  means that when you turn the power ON again, the procedure will continue right from the place it was stpped at

CODE FOUND, VERIFYING FOR 10 SEC
0,2  sec ON
0,2 sec OFF

The Emulator found a passible match – it proceeds to verify the code for 10 seconds. If the code is found, the procedure will be complete.
Otherwise, the Emulator will resume searching for the code.

CODE FOUND, PROCEDURE COMPLETE
2,0 sec ON
0,1 sec OFF

The Emulator succesflly determined the PIN code – the car is allowed to start. The PIN code can be found on the Emulator’s 24C02 memory.

CONNECTION WİTH ECU NOT ESTABLISHED
0,1 sec ON
0,1 sec OFF

Check the POWER or CAN line

Determine the PIN CODE of the ECU

After the procedure above is complete and the blue LED indicates that the PIN code has been determinedcorrectly, disconnect the Emulator from the ECU, unsolder 24C02 memory and read its    content with a programmer.

You will see that it has recorded the PIN CODE in the PIN TEXT

  ATTENTION !

  • The Emulator is reusable
  • You can determine the PIN CODE or turn OFF the immobiliser in anther ECU
  •   You can use PIN CODE to code the key or match the ECU to the car.

 Program introduction

The Emulator a llows you to read the ECU’s PIN CODE or turn OFF immobiliser.

IMMO OFF
After the procedure above is complete and the blue LED indicates that the PIN code has been determined correctly, disconnect the Emulator from the ECU, open the Emulator cover using utility knife and solder the jumpers: 1 + 2 + 4 + 5 + 6. Then solder together leg 7 and 8 of the Emulator’s 24C02 memory

  ATTENTION !

  The Emulator is resable
In order to use it on another ECU, remove the solder bridge between leg 7 and 8 of the 24C02 memory and change the jumpers back to 1 + 2 + 3 + 5 + 7

After the ignition is turned on for the first time, the Emulator will check the correctness of the code. If it’s not correct the Emulator will restart the scanning procedure
